  Here for a wedding, cannot fault anything, our room was superb, large, very clean and comfortable, sparkling bathroom. Reception staff very, very helpful, especially with directions (roads etc.) that we needed, nothing was too much trouble, above and beyond are the words. Would like a say another huge thank you to them. In fact, all the staff were so nice, friendly and pleasant, it was lovely. There was a very happy, friendly feel to this hotel which you don't find in many. Everything went exceptionally well wedding wise, calm and very efficient. Loved our stay here.

  I stayed here as I am working locally, and I will be staying again whenever I am working in the area! Absolutely beautiful hotel, the room was immaculate, the restaurant served delicious food and the facilities are better than any other hotel I have stayed in (and I have stayed in a few!).
  It was wonderful to finish work and come back to the hotel knowing that I could relax and whatever I felt like doing, whether it be go for a swim or go the gym or just relax in the bar, was catered for at the highest standard.
  The staff were all so friendly, especially the people working in the restaurant, I felt at ease and relaxed despite being on my own every night, which can sometimes lead to feeling a bit alienated! But your staff made me feel so welcome and would talk to me and gave outstanding service.
  The only thing I would have liked was a fan because the room was so hot! But that is the fault of the great British weather!

  Family of 4 in Executive room, stayed overnight with dinner, breakfast & tickets to Warwick Castle included £42.50pp. Very good price for what we got. Dinner was really nice, although I would say service was a little slow and the kids were getting impatient. Would recommend chicken with pea risotto. Room was OK, decent size, comfy main bed and tastefully decorated, but the sofa bed sagged towards the middle and the kids complained it was uncomfortable (slept fine though), also the water tank was noisy whilst in use and the toiletries supplied weren't enough for 4 of us. We only used the pool at the spa facilities and it was decent, clean with floats and toys for the kids. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, helpful and polite. It's in a quite secluded location with a train track nearby but this couldn't be heard inside the hotel. Would stay again.

  We really enjoyed our relaxing stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. We were very well looked after, all staff were polite and helpful.
  The Restaurant served amazing food with plenty of choice and a wonderful atmosphere.
  We also used the spa facilities which were clean and very relaxing.
